Refund Policy
At HWKVISUALS, time and resources are allocated to each booking to ensure the best possible results. Because of this, the following refund policy applies:

Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable
Deposits are required to secure your booking and cover time reserved

Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the shoot will not be charged further, however the deposit will not be refunded
Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot may result in full payment being required

Rescheduling
Bookings can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice
Deposits can be transferred to a new date (subject to availability)
Repeated rescheduling may require a new deposit

After the Shoot
Once a shoot has taken place, no refunds will be issued
This includes cases where the client changes their mind after the shoot

Completed Work
Due to the nature of photography and videography services, all delivered content is non-refundable
By booking, you agree to the style and quality of work shown in the portfolio

Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered in rare cases where HWKVISUALS is unable to deliver the agreed service.
