TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Booking & Deposits
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time.
The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received
The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the shoot

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable
If you need to reschedule, at least 48 hours notice must be given
Reschedules are subject to availability
Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot may result in full payment being required

No Shows
Failure to attend the shoot without notice will result in:
Loss of deposit
No reschedule offered

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your shoot
Late arrival may result in reduced shoot time
If significantly late, the shoot may be cancelled without refund

Payment
Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods
Full payment must be completed before final images/videos are delivered

Delivery
Final edited content will be delivered via an online gallery
Turnaround time is typically 3–7 days unless stated otherwise
Delays may occur during busy periods

Editing Style
By booking HWKVISUALS, you agree to the creative style and editing approach.
Raw/unedited files are not provided
Additional edits may be available at an extra cost

Usage Rights
Clients are free to use images/videos for personal use and social media
Commercial use must be agreed in advance
HWKVISUALS retains the right to:
Use content for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes

Travel
Travel within 30 miles is included
Additional travel is charged at 45p per mile

Weather & Conditions
Shoots may be rescheduled due to poor weather or unsafe conditions
This will be discussed and rearranged at no extra cost

Liability
HWKVISUALS is not responsible for:
Damage to vehicles or property during the shoot
Any injuries sustained during the shoot
Clients participate at their own risk.
